Introduction to New U-type Solar Collector
The new U-type solar heat pipe is composed of one lesser copper pipe and another bigger copper pipe. And the pipeline of new U-type is composed of two transverse parallel water pipes and several vertical parallel equidistant new U-type pipes.
The new U-type solar collector is composed of pipeline, insulation, vacuum tubes and frame.

Heat Collecting Principle:
The vacuum tubes absorb the solar energy to be heat energy, then heat energy is transferred from aluminium sheet to the outer copper pipe. The cold water flows from inlet to outlet through inner copper pipe to the outer copper pipe. So that the heat energy is transferred from solar collector to the water tank.
Advantage

   1. No freezing, no bursting, no water in the vacuum tube. The heat collecting efficiency will not be reduced after a long time use.??
   2. It can be installed with any angle, vertically or breadthwise.
   3. It can be for pressurized use or non-pressurized use.

4.The vacuum tubes will not be broken due to the transmogrification of cooper pipes when the electricity powers off or the pump is broken.
5.The system can still work when some vacuum tubes are broken.
6、The system is made of steel connection, so no aleak problem because of the oxidation of the silica gel ring.
7、Adopt the circulating pump to force the fluid to transfer and circulate the heat. High heat efficiency.
8、It can be used for solar project by series-wound and shunt-wound installation.
